Ana Noel

I am from a small town near Madison, Wisconsin. I have always had a passion for animals and knew that I wanted to work with them when I grew up. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a passion for marine mammals and my goal is to study and understand them in order to conserve them. I have participated in many programs such as Semester by the Sea in New York, Semester by the Bay in Alaska, and am currently pursuing graduate school at the University of Miami. I have done undergraduate research, volunteer work, and internships. These experiences have inspired me to want to become a research scientist for marine mammals and I hope to one day work at a rehabilitation center to help these incredible mammals.
